GLP-1 Transition & Recovery
The medication can change your appetite. What happens next matters.
GLP-1 medications have transformed obesity & diabetes treatment. For many people, they quiet food noise, reduce appetite, improve glucose, & make weight loss possible after years of struggle.
But medication alone doesn’t automatically build the habits needed for long-term health.
Whether you are currently taking a GLP-1 medication, preparing for a dose or therapy change, or transitioning off treatment, coaching provides a place to intentionally work on the behaviors that support you beyond the medication itself.
I don’t prescribe, adjust, or recommend medication dosing. Medication decisions belong between you & your prescribing practitioner.
A season of change can become an opportunity to build something lasting. Rather than depending on perfection to carry the entire burden of change, we can use this time to develop habits grounded in stewardship, patience, & perseverance.
“Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.”
Hebrews 12:1
Together, we can focus on:
Building sustainable eating patterns while appetite is reduced
Recognizing hunger, fullness, cravings, & food noise
Preserving healthy routines during weight loss
Developing movement & self-care habits
Understanding the metabolic changes occurring in your body
Preparing for possible changes in appetite if therapy changes or ends
Creating strategies for maintaining progress over time
My focus is the part that happens between the prescriptions: helping you build the skills, routines, & understanding that support long-term change.
Use the window of opportunity to build what comes next.
